We are a veterinary hospital that provides the most comprehensive, unique, holistic (conventional & alternative) veterinary services in California. We prefer alternative therapies such as acupuncture, chiropractic adjustment, ozone therapy, nutrition consultation, homeopathy, cold laser, and more to treat causes rather than just masking symptoms with medications like antibiotics or steroids. Whatever your beliefs and needs, we would be happy to accommodate you.
Please answer the following questions at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Previous veterinary records, including vaccine history, x-rays, blood tests, and pathology reports should be emailed to animallover@holisticcompanionanimalhospital.com or faxed to our office.
Please speak with a receptionist first to make your appointment before filling out the questionnaire.
